About Lisa

Hello! I'm Lisa Reid and I'm excited to share what has proven effective for me so far on this journey of creating my ideal life.  What you'll find here is a collection of the best insights and strategies that I've curated over the past couple of decades.  I deliver them through virtual coaching, videos, blogs, and worksheets so you can learn and transform in much less time.

  • I love learning! My education includes a B.S.B.A. in Accounting with a minor in Economics/Finance from Union University and an MBA in Management from Christian Brothers University.
  • After college I worked in accounting for 6 years before becoming a mom.  For 18 years I was a full-time caregiver for my 3 children, and I homeschooled them for 10 of those years.  When they became teens, I returned to accounting.
  • In 2021 I left position as accounting manager to become an entrepreneur alongside my husband, Scott, who has been a financial advisor for over twenty years.  We work together to help clients create and implement a financial plan that supports the life they want.  Because life is about so much more than reaching financial goals, I launched this life coaching practice to help people with vision, goals and habits for ALL areas of life.
  • Throughout the years I've learned to see obstacles as opportunities to grow.  Health challenges led me to explore things like myofascial release (MFR), yoga, and meditation.  I earned multiple fitness certifications from the American Council on Exercise and became a Certified Clinical EFT Practitioner.  EFT tapping has not only been helpful in managing stress and anxiety, but also for identifying and releasing limiting beliefs and other issues that block success.
  • I love quotes! Here are some of my favorites:
    • "Do what you can with what you have where you are."  -Teddy Roosevelt
    • "Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined!" -Henry David Thoreau
    • "Very little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself, in your way of thinking." - Marcus Aurelius
    • "Goals. There's no telling what you can do when you get inspired by them.  There's no telling what you can do when you believe in them.  And there's no telling what will happen when you act upon them."  -Jim Rohn
